Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We currently ship within the United Kingdom. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout:

Standard Shipping: Free (Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days).

 Express Shipping: £6.99 (Estimated delivery: 1–2 business days).

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s), if applicable.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Prime Mobility is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Damages and Issues

If your order arrived damaged in any way, please contact us as soon as possible at primemobility.uk@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
